Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unused condition with all tags attached. Just as we carefully arrange our bedding sets and bathroom accessories to create harmony in your home, we aim to make this process equally seamless.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality standards for our community of design-conscious customers, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Adaptive Toys (for health and safety reasons)
  • Artificial Flowers & Plants (once removed from packaging)
  • Any item not in its original condition or missing tags

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST), our customer care team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Please do not send items back without this authorization.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Carefully repackage the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Affix the provided return label (for US returns) or follow the international return shipping instructions. For exchanges, please indicate your preferred replacement item in your initial email.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Method: Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
