  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery timeframe: 15-25 business days after shipment

International Shipping Note: We ship globally except to some Asian countries and remote regions. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Overview

  • Return window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Refund method: Original payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Refund processing: 5-7 business days after we receive your return

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality standards for our design-conscious community, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Adaptive Toys (for health and safety reasons)
  • Artificial Flowers & Plants (once removed from packaging)

Additionally, any item not in its original condition or missing tags cannot be returned.

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Contact Customer Care

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Do not send items without this authorization.

Step 3: Package & Ship

Repackage items securely in original packaging with all tags and accessories. For US returns, use our provided label. International customers should follow the shipping instructions provided.

Important Notes:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
  • For exchanges, clearly indicate your preferred replacement item in your initial email

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your area rug, bedding set, or other item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
